@publicvoit I had to admin an Office 365 customer a few years back. That was exactly the support story then. Completely useless replies and canned messages. I am rather boggled at how many companies pay for O365 given its extremely terrible support. There are even companies (ie, Rackspace) that provide O365 service but handle the support themselves, and make a good go of it because #Microsoft's support is so bad.
